Held at the well stocked British Motor Museum, it seems fitting that the venue which houses the biggest collection of British Leyland cars was the venue for the annual BMC and Leyland show. Covering over 15 marques over a period of over a 100 years, the show was an eclectic and varied display of brands that with a couple of notible exceptions have been consigned to history. That asides, it was a unique opportunity to observe and reminise over the impressive collection of cars. The show consisted of Austin, Morris, MG, Triumph, Jaguar, Riley, Wolseley and Mini’s belonging to 25 different car clubs.
